Founded in 2001 Forma is one of the leading Nu-metal bands in the Slovak Republic. Their debut album "Forma" was released in 2003 under the EMI Monitor label and was the first officialy released Nu-Metal album in the country. The band did 2 video clips for the songs "Je To Ciste" and "Tak Mi To Ver". The second one made it to number one song in the Slovakian chart show Deka Hity and was in the chart for 10 weeks. The band toured with the slovak punk rock legend "Horkyze Slize" and appeared on almost every big festivals and events. After a couple of personal changes the band is currently working on their second LP to be released spring 2006 under the same label.
