I know you asked a question about sucess at Broadjam. I have had songs pre-cleared for MTV networks but at this point I'm not sure if there has been a placement yet. I have had much better sucess elsewhere which really is the key. To be out there on many differing sites for opportunities as they arise.

Thank You for the review. And this song was just a trial run for me. I am more of a musician and Artist then a rapper so I believe your review was cool. but to know it has potential I will take it into my studio and re-do it in a cutting edge fashion.
Hi Shsrinc, thanks for your comments on the song 'state of emergency' all points were well made and relevant. i only wrote the music my writing partner Carolin Baron took care of the words and arranging the vocals with people she knows. The song is still in the top 10 of its category so a lot does work for it. anyway thanks for taking time to listen and for your input Dave

I lisened to State of Emergency and thought it was pretty good. Constructively, the lyrics are great but I think you should be more creative with them and the rap, well the same here plus I would do some refrazing or use a more dramtic rapper. It's an emergency and it didn't come across as such, but over all good tune and I like it. Also, i'm not a professional A&R person either, just know what I like and what is selling. I say continue to strive for Uniqueness, be who you are with just as much intensity as what's selling on the market, be it secular or christian. Good work and God bless.!!!

Hi Shsrinc, Thanks for the kind review of my instrumental composition, "Malibu Sunday". It comes from my CD, "Red Mesa Sunset". I lived on Malibu beach for 5 years and was inspired by everything that made up the experience. I tried to compress the sights and sounds of the many Sunday mornings I spent watching the beach "wake-up".... starting with the waves, people in their early morning walks with their friends and dogs, the early beach goes and their bongos and instruments on Correl Beach...and then bring in the under-lying jazzy atmosphere that makes up Malibu. I did edit a media version which cuts-to-the-quick a little sooner. Anyway, thanks for the nice review. Chet Nichols
