Pete McMahon never "fronted" Savoy Brown. Kim Simmonds has, ever since the band formed in the late 60s.
One of the greatest bluesmen ever imo, love the music and vocals.
Pete McMahon is one of my favorite artists, when Savoy Brown introduced him to me I bought tickets to see them play in Houston and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen, was even invited backstage to chat with Pete and Kim Simmons and the rest of the Savoy Brown band.
