With the release of "GO WEST," singer/songwriter Chris Brown is looking to break out in a new direction. Brown's Red Tail Hawk Records debut, which has just been released, moves him from a cult following in the New York metro area to a more prominent place on the national music circuit.

"It took some time for us to put this disc together," says Brown, a music veteran who's played the top clubs in NYC for a number of years. "But I'm really happy with the final product. As a whole, I think it's probably the best thing I've done musically. I hope people will listen to it and enjoy it."

With his distinct bass tone, Brown has pleased audiences for more than two decades with his repertoire of musical stories.
