Bio

Bluss is four souls.
David Johnson -acoustic guitar, singer, songwriter.
Daniel Ferrari -electric guitar, songwriter.
Chad Costa -drums.
Matt Forcier -bass.
The band is the result of blending different musical cultures and backgrounds. The mixture of acoustic and electric guitar creates an original dynamic throughout the music. Formed in 2004, the band started creating songs and playing shows. In the summer of 2006 Bluss completed production of their first album "Plastic Memory" at Myles Manginos' Planet of Sound recording studio. Since then Bluss has played at the following clubs around Ct: The Webster, The Webster Underground, Maloney's, Fat Cats, Carioca, The Monkey Bar, Up or On the Rocks, and Chad Costas' backyard.
In April of 2007, Bluss was featured on 106.9FM WCCC during their "Homegrown" slots. Around the same time the band suffered it's first loss to South America. Rafeal (bass) left for home-Peru. This brought about the acquisition of new bassist Matt Forcier (Stealing Providence, Acoustica).
Bluss is currently touring venues in Ct and looking to expand to Boston and NYC. Bluss is continuosly writing new material and will be recording again soon. The Band extends gratitiude to all those who have helped along the way.
