By the age of five, Leticia knew she wanted to be an entertainer. "I've never had any doubt about what I wanted to do," she says. "My life has always been wrapped up in music, scored like a movie or a Broadway show." Her early start in the bright lights came from dance recitals, school plays and singing in church. The road she traveled took many twists and turns, with marriage, children, college and jobs unrelated to music, but she always managed to keep music somewhere in her life.

A chance meeting with a record executive in the Poconos inspired Leticia to sell her home, move from Pennsylvania to New Jersey, and plunge into songwriting and recording. The angels smiled on her again soon afterward. While Leticia was singing at a piano bar in New Jersey, The musical director of Paradise, a club that was just about to open in Asbury Park, NJ, was in the audience. He asked her to sing for Paradise's opening as well as for owner Shep Pettibone's birthday bash. Leticia was crowned the club's very own House Diva. She would return to Paradise to hold the CD release party for her CD "Forever". Later, Leticia received the honor of being named a finalist in an international songwriting contest that supports VH1's Save the Music Foundation.

She appeared in the independent film "Winning Losers" as well as in concert at the Algonquin Theater in Manasquan, NJ and across Washington, DC, Philadelphia and New York City. Audiences are always treated to an unforgettable evening of entertainment and great warmth.

A passionate humanitarian, Leticia has lent her talents to support the March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, the fight against AIDS, Music Beats the Streets and Disabled American Veterans. Her charity work led her to sing the national anthem and perform at half time for a baseball game between ABC soap stars and the DJs at HOT 97 to benefit AIDS research.
