The Promised Land
The Promised Land is a song from a scene in a musical called The Friendly Enemy composed by Gary A. Edwards and premiered in Spokane, Washington in 2008 at Spokane Community College. The song is about a band of refugees who after miraculously surviving countless obstacles and hardships reached the Western Zone of Germany just in advance of the Russian Army.
