Born in Miami Florida, Vee has been classically trained in guitar since she was in her early teens. She first picked up guitar at the tender age of five when her father began teaching her. Vee has performed as a solo artist for many years at church and school.
Vee moved to Nashville, TN in 1994 and attended Belmont University where she continued her musical training. In January of '99 she met Joe Paris in Nashville and the two began a musical courtship that continues today.

-In '03 Vee recorded a full length album titled "ReachingYou" with her band. Engineered and produced by Marc Killian at Fat Cat Sound in Wilmington, NC.
-In '05 Vee recorded a 7 song album produced by Steve Antonelli and engineered by Nathan Freeman at Mercy Sound in NYC.
Vee defines herself as a performing songwriter.
"I suffer through all aspects of the life of a song. From its birth to its presentation to the world. It needs to be moving me through all those stages."
