Zita came to America from Hungary in 2002. She has been singing ever since her father placed a microphone in her hand. Her mother taught her opera arias and she grew up listening to an eclectic mix of American pop, opera, operettas, and Hungarian pop and folk songs.
When she was thirteen years old, she won her hometown’s Folk Song Competition. She majored in Theatre and sang in alternative rock bands in High School. After High School, she performed leading roles in musicals. During and after college she sang at various resort hotels and restaurants. There she sang the variety of song styles that she loves to enthusiastic audiences.
