Once upon a time in the Midwest, two East Coast transplants became fed up with radio and decided to start writing music they wanted to hear. They formed a band and named it after a street in St. Louis, added another guitarist and drummer, and they were good. Thus formed four distinct personalities united in the cause of making music on their own terms. An experiment in sound; an anthem for the everyman. With recent openings for Athlete (Astralwerks) and Gooding (S3), over 80 shows played, and solid spins on 220 college radio stations across the nation, it is apparent that Wydown’s music is ready.
