Vania is a singer-songwriter who is making a name for herself through her music. A music major at York University, she continues to explore studies in Jazz, Classical, and World music. Vania has developed an incredible amount of versatility in her voice, and in her songwriting. Her smooth and silky voice has been described as “mesmerizing”. Her rich warm tone combined with her ability to interpret the emotional content of a song instantly captivates her audience. Her excellent piano playing technique complements her beautiful voice. She brings all these elements into her live performances, and never fails to impress her audience. Vania frequently performs on the York campus, at music festivals and showcases her own songs in Coffeehouses in Toronto.
