Shy & Charlie- Thunderfoot
For the past 4 years, the main rock of Thunderfoot has been Shy & Charlie. Here's a little background leading to that.
Shy shared at a young age that music and performing would be her life.
Starting piano at 7, singing whenever possible, performing on a local "Grand old Hatchery" show at 10, shared on the radio waves, music minister by 15, teaching others her love led to scholarships for college and a wide variety of performing every genre available and shining every moment possible.
Since those days, cameo appearances, with acting, studio sessions, and live demos have happened with Parade Stormer productions and artists such as Michael Moore, Crystal Day, and others.
During all of these times, Shy has always enjoyed giving musically to benefit others by donating her love and time to feeding others, entertaining veterans, raising money for these causes and more, sharing at nursing homes with those that don't always have a musical outlet. Her children from a young age have always understood that giving your personal time and even just a smile can affect people in ways that some never understand.
Charlie's early history and accomplishments have been mentioned in the main Bio, here's a few to update;
In support of Cystic Fibrosis awareness, Charlie went on tour with Branch and Dean, (Magenta Records), as a supporting act for greats such as Tanya Tucker, and Travis Tritt, fulfilling one of his dreams of playing at the famous Billy Bobs in TX, while raising money to help save lives.
Charlie throughout his career has always taken time out to support causes such as Special Olympics, and childhood Diabetes awareness, and hopes to continue to help towards positive actions in these fields.
During the past 4 years, Shy and Charlie have been gaining the interest of several east coast agents, Indie labels, and a Nashville grammy winning producer excited about the current project of their second album, "Rumor has it,.."
The journey has been amazing, and we can't wait to see what happens next!

Thunderfoot
Thunderfoot, formed in 1984 around the eastern sea board. The group was known as the Hard to Get band for over 20 years. Fans know them by their dynamic, exciting shows they perform. Also known and loved for their eclectic blend of oldies, classic Rock, Dance and Swing and last but not least newer Country, R&B, and pop. The foundation of Thunderfoot is comprised of drums, bass, lead guitar, and piano. Everyone sings in the group and three part harmony is a steady staple for the listener. Whenever possible, we may be asked by our clients,(when the budget allows) to bring horn players in or a utility person. That happens when the venue is used to a much bigger band, but feel inclined to hire Thunderfoot because of the awesome show they provide.
Being a well traveled group of wonderful musicians, Thunderfoot has performed throughout many countries, via special events; USO, DOD tours and opening acts such as the "legends of Rock tour" In the states and Europe. They have performed for every walk of life, from dignitaries to the average gal or guy at many clubs or casinos. The goal for Thunderfoot is to always to leave the party wanting more, please and accomodate their listeners with their requests and always to make new friends wherever we go.
