The Gloaming were formed in early 2004 and quickly claimed the title of St. Louis' premiere "rock your world" band.

The band upgraded their lineup in October of 2008, when original members Dan Nagel (Lead Vocals) and Matt Baca (guitar) raised the standards of the band by bringing in Eric Schad on guitars, John Frischer on bass, and Carl Swanson on drums. These guys have been called "Led Zepellin for the 21st Century" for good reason.

In September, 2007, the band signed with 12 Bar Records and their Freshman album "DIEI" was released in August 2008.

The Gloaming are travelling the Midwest, playing shows from Michigan to Kentucky, Ohio to Kansas, so look for them in your town soon.
