Mazinaw ("Mazz-in-awe") is a rock combo from Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
The current line-up has been together for two and a half years.

The new CD "Mazinaw" was written, recorded, and produced entirely by the band over a period of fifteen months at private studios in and around Vancouver. The album runs the gamut from the three-chord romp of "Rock Sonnet" to the introspective regret of "Out of Body," along with epic surprises "Never do That,"
and the final seven-minute collage that is "The Canadian Shield." During the recording the band brought in some of their beloved audio stage props (fischer-price toys) into the studio. The result is a record that combines unconventional recording techniques, life experiences, and a sense of wonder that is still very much intact.
