Malte Vief is a composer and guitarist. He is a musician caught between the two poles of concert and rock music.?Through this conflict, Vief's style has emerged and been labelled 'HeavyClassic'.

In November 2006, the eponymous debut album was reviewed as outstanding by leading magazines, with 'Gitarre und Bass' (Guitar and Bass) awarding Vief Best Newcomer of the Month.

In April 2009 a new edition was promoted by the Concert Music Group, Salzburg.?Moreover, there is an album from Euphoryon, called 'Euphoryon'. 'Antigo', a concept album with echoes of renaissance and baroque, will be released in 2010.
