Lounge Eater

Since 2010, Lounge Eater has written original music and performed live throughout Colorado. Their unique sound blends a little bit of blues, rock, country, jazz, funk, grunge and more. The songs weave tales that are dramatic, sardonic and a bit dark. Lounge Eater is an outstanding and unique original band that knows how to put on an amazing show.

Lounge Eater has performed at many excellent venues and events throughout Colorado including: Bender's Tavern, Cervantes, The D-Note, Colfax Marathon, The Ultimate Music Experience and more.

Lounge Eater performs both original and covers from many musical genres and many different eras. The covers they play include classic artists like The Beatles, Taj Mahal, The Doors, and The Allman Bros; to newer groups like Stone Temple Pilots, The White Stripes and Red Hot Chili Peppers. The band includes Kevin McCabe on lead vocals and guitar, Mike Vallee on lead guitar, Hans Thompson on bass and Dave Strauss on drums. They will release their debut 4-song EP this summer.
