Lou Dog music is hard to describe. It is punk until it becomes funky,
surfing until the waves crash, murky until the clouds part, fixated on
the future with eyes in the back of the head. It is the result of studio
craft and happy accidents, brilliant deduction and ambush surprises.

LouDog, originally from Detroit, now lives in Philadelphia were he has composed and
released four ecclectic discs, rumored to eminate
from his home studio, Shoe Shine.

Inspired by noise and words, sounds and songs, distortion and rhythm,
LouDog prowls Dylan, The Velvet Underground and many proto-post punk styles
in a melange of psychedelic, garage, folk, and punk.
