I've neen doing recording since the early 90s. New to the DAW world so to speak. Got started with DAW recordings about 2 years ago, and I am still working on nailing the tricks of the trade. I have a general love for all styles of music. If it sounds good, I WILL like it regradless of genre. Since I have a broad spectre of influences I belivie my music at times may sound a little strange to some, but I let the music guide me and not the other way around.
