I love to play and compose music in my own feel. I admire many musicians large and "small” but I'm into my own music monogamously! (Smile)! I've heard people say that musicians are "full of themselves", my question to that is: "who should I be full of"? Imagine someone saying, " he isn't worth listening to he's only into his own ol' lady, he doesn’t do others"! When I get into musical form it’s like spiritual intercourse. It’s not just a fling. I don’t want to become a musical whore, I’m married to this and it’s proven to be as close as I am to myself. One thing I’ll say is that playing live is like exhibiting something deep, personal and meaningful hoping that the majority of the minds present are in it with you. I’m talking about that exchange between the audience and performer that makes them one big consciousness in the moment. For a guy like me it brings on something reminiscent of the past as deep as life itself only because it is just that. Maybe you where there and know!

Leo B. Skoolin Inc.3 - “THAT BAND SOUNDS EXACTLY LIKE THE ALBUM”!

Leo B. is currently on a recording project for a four piece group: Leo, bassist, keyboardist and drummer. The project is entitled “Back to Basics”. It is targeted for completion in mid may of 2007, and will be followed by a private venue to promote the group “Inc.3” and the "Back to Basics" album. While maintaining his signature and style; the music is now arranged for live performances of (4) players with no extras. Leo states, “It’s a real challenge to arrange musical presentations with (4) piece instrumentation and still produce a full sound that stands strong even under the big sound flare of larger R&B groups”. Leo was really overwhelmed when he received good reviews from a young Rap Artist on Broadjam. He further went on to say, “It feels good to know that my music stands to be accepted by some of the younger set, believe it or not I get a lot of my inspiration from them, but I’m really curious to see how they view my old school approach!” On My Own and LIES uploaded on various sites including Broadjam, are two of a 12 song compilation album.
