I'm influenced by the classic songwriters such as Brian Wilson, Billy Joel, and Elton John.My roots are in Jazz and R&B, though I write in a broad range of genres from pop to country with crossover possibilities.My lyrics focus on social awareness and modern day issues.I try to focus on creating hooky lines, soulful melodies and tend to stay away from conventional chord cliches and structures.I've had years of recording experience performing as one of Montreal's top jingle singers as well as guiding the career's of young artists as their principal songwriter.I won the Canadian Talent Library Award for songwriting which led to a solo record which gained critical acclaim by radio stations,I've had publishing agreements with Attic, Warner-Chappell,and Warner.My interpersonal skills and rapport with young artists have been instrumental in crafting their careers. I enjoyed a lengthly performing career but prefer working behind the scenes.
