Blindo is Latino rapper born in South Central Los Angeles who is challenged by the economic and hard life struggles living in the Barrio. At the age of 18 Johnny Macias (Blindo) lost his sight when he became afflicted with the rare eye decease libbers and became blind. Confronted with what seemed to be no hope Blindo became more passionate about his music and began to write day and night inspired by such artist as Carlos Santana, and Too Short, “One of my hobbies is writing poetry because I love to express myself". In 2002 Blindo met up with Producer LA Hitman and began the Passion CD Project which now has become completed. Blindo has performed all over Mexico and in the USA. Blindo has appeared on TV . We all wish to become someone some day, and sometimes we feel we are overwhelmed with obstacles, then an artist like Blindo comes along and inspires us not to give up on our dreams and helps us see more clearly we can do anything if we put our heart into it.
