Short Bio

For the past 17 years, I've been privileged to earn a living as both a musical director and composer for musical theatre. As a musical director, I've conducted and often played the piano in over 90 different productions. As a composer for theatre, I've composed the complete score (vocal and instrumental) for three full-length musical theatre productions, several complete scores of incidental music for "line plays" (non-musicals), and numerous partial scores and supplementary underscoring for at least a dozen other plays.

Over the past few years, however, I've become increasingly interested in branching out into composing for film and television. One of the things I love best about the recording studio, is that I get to experiment with sound palettes and vocal effects that are typically unavailalable to me in a live theatre situation.
