With over a decade of Music and Drama experience behind him, RJ Martine has accumulated an enormous knowledge of, intensity and experience in the arts, particularly music. After touring throughout North America, RJ cut his ties with Acting and concentrated all his efforts on Singing, he now has an incredible 5 octave range.
Joyslam’s rhythm section compliments that intensity by delivering a sound that is one of astounding groove, energy, flow, and soul. Laying down a solid foundation with the rare and unique ability to balance both technicality and feel. Rounded out by the guitars pumping a uniquely fluid and diverse sound with an uncompromising precision.
Joyslam's Music is now receieving Airplay on XM & Sirius Satellite Radio, College Radio and Multi Music Hott Roxx cd's, the Industry standard for Professional DJ CD's. Through the success of College Radio the band has played several College & University Campuses including alma mater Humber College, University of Toronto, University of Guelph and proudly play the Kick Off for Niagara College's Spring Break 2007 !!
