Da Mercenaries (DMS) started back in the winter of 1999. When the 2 members, Yung B and Joy-Rider, became friends at high school. Both members were only 13 years old and after messing about saying they could become rap stars they sat down and decided to take it a little more seriously. Now Da Mercenaries have become a talented and exciting prospect, and have recorded many songs. Of course their friendship has been the basis of this progress and after going through alot, they are going strong.
