BENNY "BLANCO" SOSA

is an artist following in the footsteps of his Puerto Rican predecessors Big Pun and Fat Joe in bridging the gap between Latino culture and hip-hop. Born in Rockaway Queens, New York, Benny started in the hip-hop game as a visual artist, doing artwork for Wu-Tang Clan. Influenced by Ghostface, Jay Z, and Fat Joe, Blanco is now known for his narrative rhymes, skillful wordplay mixed with a hard-edged delivery. This is evident on his debut singles "Mommies" and “Kiss Da Ring”, premiered on Regime Records 2004 release, “The Land In Between Soundtrack VOLUME 2”. Benny is currently working on his solo debut album titled “Hoffa at Ya Boy” which features the hit singles and blazing boriqua serenade "Call Me".
