The Burning of Rome has been a work in progress for a few months now. The group, originally, was going to be a recorded concept strictly, and wasn't determined until some few months ago that the musical production would be transcended from studio monitors to a PA system in a live production. The melodic craftsmen of this ensemble include: Michael Richardson (drums / other percussion), Laura Stanger (synthesizer / glockenspiel / vocals), Paul Aguilar (bass / vocals), Sean Fitzgerald (guitar / vocals), & Adam Traub (synth organ, world instruments / vocals). Working to stray from the margins, this quintet has shaped quite a unique sound, defining themselves as outsiders of anything typical, and as innovators of what music will become in the future.
