From the heart of Mid-Michigan, a group of 4 young musicians got together to form the entity known as 40 Flee, and created quite a buzz in local venues. Through the muddy recordings of their Demo CD, you catch a glimpse of the band in all of their youth rocking out, with various bodyparts out, to the straight forward, punk and reggae influenced Main Street Hoes; A timeless ballad about blue balls and black eyes, and mostly songs inspired by the various young ladies, in a time when groupies flowed like beer, and the beer flowed like.. well, you get the picture.
After recording their "Waiting For You" (2003) album, the band split to pursue other ventures, only to reform in 2005 to their very receptive fanbase. Now in 2006, with a remastered version of "Waiting For You", 40 Flee is growing to a national level thanks to their roots rock sound and a very motivated promotion team.
