I've been writing songs for more than 2 decades with an emphasis on Contempory Christian and Smooth Jazz genres.

Several of my Praise and Worship songs have rotated through contemporary church services including, HE IS WORTHY, YOU ARE POWERFUL, YOUR PRESENCE, SING FOR JOY, and HEAVEN SONG.

Lessons learned while leading public worship have lent themselves to writing music focused on "Expressing God's Person , Power, and Passion"  As a result, my praise and worhip lyrics exhibit a heavy emphasis on the Person and Character of God with upbeat and easy to follow melodies which congregations learn quickly.

Songs written for albums and live performances seek to draw out the listener's emotions with arrangements that blend predictable elements and little surprises for spice.  Lyrics can be overtly Christian or not depending on the song's theme.


Influences include both secular and Christian artists such as Peter Gabriel, Sting, Michael Card, Rich Mullins, and David Meece.
