Story Behind The Song

I was stuck in the immigration system and unable to work or attend school legally. I was immersed in complete depression. I had been kicked out of church for working illegally though I had no choice. I couldn't leave the country since my whole family was here. INS was backlogged and I had spent all my resources on immigration lawyers and filing. I was completely wrecked. But something deep within kept hoping and holding on.

A song that tells of the still small voice within which inspires even though everything around is falling apart. The thread of hope that still holds even when the whole garment of one's dreams is completely shredded.
