Story Behind The Song

I had studio time booked with a very well rounded, and known producer. I had spent weeks working on songs that I potentially wanted to track with a drummer. A few days before my recording date the drummer bailed on me, I became rather stressed and frantic as one could imagine. The night before recording with the producer I sat down at my keyboard ad recorded what would become Stress and Static. The next day I took it to the producer and he helped mold and sculpt it into the song it is.

Song Description

Life has its ups and downs through the people you meet, places you go, and things you do. Ultimately at the end of the day you hold all the cards for how your life will play out.

I've been down this block a time or two, the streets they don't change much, but the people they do. The longer you stick around the more people that you bump into, their the ones that change you, their the ones you need, their the ones that help you be you.

In all the stories I was told why do the pirates and outlaws burry their gold, if there was something to find while looking down after all this time I should have found it by now, its always best to keep your head up high, but on a sour note you leave your neck out long you get a sore throat.
everybody's waiting and time will kill, everybody wants to catch that thrill, but sometimes your scared to try, sometimes your scared to try. But I wont be holding myself down anymore, breath it in like smoke blow the stress and static out.
