Song Description
Combining the music of vastly different cultures that would not ordinarily be mixed together in the real world is one of the goals that I embarked upon when I started World Radio. This song exemplifies that notion by bringing together Spanish Flamenco, Middle Eastern, African, and Indian elements into one song with Western pop, electronica, and jazz as the foundation. The Rumba itself is originally a
sensual, pantomime dance from Africa, which found it way to Cuba over 100 years ago.
