Story Behind The Song
I read the "Amber Series" starting as early as the late 70's. I wrote this song as a court bard would have written it shedding the best light on the royal family. I wrote this song in this way to honor in particular the Princes Corwin and Random. I would like to think that Roger Zelazny would have enjoyed this song with its very themematic vocals and instrumentation as well as the 3/4 to 4/4 and back to 3/4 time change.
As for it being the [Title Song To The Movie "The Princes Nine"], there was a rumor at one time that there was going to be a movie
based on the series. I think it would be great if this really did become the title song to the movie. If they can pull off "Lord of the Rings", why not?
