Song Description

A song of encouragement for those facing prolonged issues from the perspective of someone who has overcome theirs with God's help.

Story Behind the Song

Some negative experiencess don't appear to change with your best actions, most sincere prayers to God or pleas to people. Faith can be challenged. Its amazing to discover that you haven't been abandoned. Your endurance has made you stronger than if you had quit. You can now encourage others with your experiences and a message of faith in God beyond circumstances.

Lyrics

Must have crossed my mind at least a thousand times. Lord when will You help me? And everyday I'd find the same storm cloud. Did You forget me? But He sent me to tell you that He will not fail you. He delivered me to encourage you. There's never been a situation that He can't see you through. And I thought that you should know just why I love Him so. He made a way for me. He never let me go. Thought that you should know He'll do the same for you because His word is true. He will deliver you. Yeah deliver you. His will cannot lead you where His grace will not keep you. But sometimes your own life choices put your back against the wall, but He's so faithful He'll catch you even if you fall. Don't let it worry you when you're going through. There's gonna be an end to all that troubles you and I've gotta let you know that you're not in this thing alone. Just remember you're more than a conqueror when the devil starts to whisper that you're gonna fail. Remember you are an overcomer, confident that in the end you're going to prevail. Fear may cause you to question His delay, but hold on to the promises of God your help is on the way. I want you to just stop feeling all alone and like all hope is gone. Let me encourage you. Your change is gonna come. Don't wait 'til the battle is over. You can celebrate while you're going through and praise the Lord right now for what He's gonna do. And there's one more thing that I need to let you know. The good thing about a bad storm is, it eventually passes over. So, stand in faith and stay in prayer. God is on the throne and He cares for His own. You should know. Feels so good to know.
