Story Behind The Song

I wrote an upbeat Christmas rock song that focused in on the importance of a relationship. The holidays are important but they mean a little bit more when you get to share them with the people that you love. That is what I tried to capture in this song.

Song Description

It is Christmas time. The streets and town are all decorated for the season. None of this means anything to a man who is waiting for his loved one to arrive. He describes the Christmas scenes and wishes that he could share them with his loved one. Although the decorations, choirs, etc...are nice, he really just wants to be with the one that he loves. But he knows that he will see her soon. She will be arriving on Christmas eve.
