Story Behind The Song
This song was already a few years old when I recorded it for the album. I had to adjust a few of the words in the verses but it was the chorus that came first when I wrote the song. Acoustic guitar and synth strings form the basis of this song.

Just Another Heart

VERSE ONE:
The wind of love had cut me to the core
The night I saw you go
You had called a time on our romance
With a broken heart to show
You said I lied but I could not see how
Breaking hearts isn?t in me
But it don?t, it don?t matter now
CHORUS:
Just another heart you?ve broken
Broken up in two
Just another heart you?ve broken
Leave it all behind you
Just another heart you?ve broken
Broken deep inside
Just another heart you?ve left behind
Just another heart you?ve left behind
VERSE TWO:
Our affair was like a passing train
It happened way too fast
You trapped me with the words I said
And took away my past
You said I lied but I could not see how
Breaking hearts isn?t in me
But it don?t, it don?t matter now
REPEAT CHORUS
VERSE THREE: INSTRUMENTAL
