Song Description

A fisherman lost on the ocean prays to the Lord to guide him home; the ocean changes color as time passes. A boat appears on the horizon. We don't know if it will see the man floating in the wateer.

Story Behind the Song

A fisherman in the Marshall Islands wrote the original version of this song, in Marshallese, with yodeling cries for help.

Great Story song, understandable from the first verse to the last, I like that! Liked your internal rhyme ocean/rosy...nice touch there, wordsmith! Excellent instrumentation and skillful lyric writing, clear as a bell delivery. Great ballad!

Smooth lead vocal and chorus accent. Interesting, unique original lyrics. Compliments well w/music.
