The song is about a wealthy business man who is unfaithful to his wife and picks up a prostitute and gets busted. When he is being interogated, the man calls on his high powered attorney to get him off. The attorney is successful. The man goes home and conceives a child with his wife. However, by the time the child is born, the wife, the man and the child born all have HIV.
