When my ex boyfriend and I broke up I had a hard time being without him. One day when I was alone in in my Los Angeles apartment a melody came to me and I started singing. I sang this song for about three months. I moved back to Detroit where he was and things never ended up working out. I finally got with a producer we hashed out the song.
