Song Description

Sounds like the dreamy jukebox music from Twin Peaks with the lead singer from Portishead singing. Spooky, creep and jazzy. The lyrics paint a picture of a nice neighborhood with something disturbing bubbling underneath...very Blue Velvet. Hooky little electric guitar phrase that sticks in the head makes it a bit more pop than it might otherwise be.

Story Behind the Song

I have kind of a weird fascination with looking in other people's lit windows at night....not hiding in their yard, or anything I could be arrested for, but just seeing their stuff and their lives and wondering if something bad is happening in their houses. Weird, I know.
