Story Behind The Song
(Sugar Mama Blue) We can only guess how long it took you to put this together, kind of like Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start The Fire". You got a nice round of applause for some very, very clever lyrics, and we all agreed that you really nailed the time period and all it's icons :-). We can't honestly say the melodies were originals, but they do fit the song perfectly. Again, a film or TV placement vehicle is going to be your best bet for success with this one, which we all thought had the best shot at being picked up. Very entertaining :-)."
