Story Behind The Song
Lodge Worster wrote this tune, actually based on a previous cong that he wrote (called Some Girls). He wanted to contrast the yearning piano ballad feeling of 'Some Girls" with a more playful tune. Throw in producer R. Walt Vincent (Pete Yorn/Liz Phair/Fastball), and you've got the final product, a driving, fun number.
Song Description
There are all types of women in the world, from independent to needy, from wild to conservative. In this tune, the singer wants to know what makes this girl tick. A great, playful blues/rock tune...almost like a modern Elton John or Billy Joel kind of feel.

Lyrics
Some women like to stay up late,
Go to bed at six and work at eight,
I don?t know how they concentrate on their lives,
On their stupid lives.
Some women like to stay at home,
Get romantic with the telephone,
And they always seem to be alone, ?cause they call,
And they call and they call and they call?.
You move me but I wonder?
You soothe me but I wonder?
Yes I wonder about other women, too,
So tell me what kind of girl are you?
Some women they just want a taste,
Some women they just love a chase,
When you?re working for the perfect rhyme,
Some women won?t give up the time.
When that woman takes your heart away,
Like the ladies down in East L.A. say,
?Boy, that?s the price you?re gonna pay?,
And I paid, and I paid, and I am still paying!
You move me but I wonder?
You soothe me but I wonder?
Yes I wonder about other women, too,
So tell me what kind of girl are you?
