the vocalist singing in the demo (Angela Dunson), asked me to write a song that makes a statement to all those guys out there treating their girlfriends like "friends", and to let the woman not be sitting at home sad and "waiting on them"..

Song Description

first chorus starts with staring at the little black dress hanging up, ready to be going out and worn for a night out. The girl is ready to go out and not sit home and wait on her "guy" any longer. chorus" bold statement "don't even think your gonna break my heart, don't even think your gonna make me sad" cause uh-uh, uh,uhh I'm stronger than that!! She hates to break the news, but she's STRONGER THAN THAT.. she proceeds to say she is tired of being second choice behind everything, and she then puts her little black dress on, and goes out, to repeat her statement that she is over him and she's strong and refuses to be heartbroken.
