Song Description

The song simply asks that great question - will Barack Obama Win, initially against Hillary (now more or less decided) and then - of course - against McCain?

Story Behind the Song

Barack is a *STAR*, in every sense of the word. America, you had your chance to do something truly historical ... and you did it! It had nothing to do with skin colour or gender, but with the promise of the future. You have become a new nation and dismissed these horrendous last 8 years as an aberration (which they were) and let the world community see you as you would like to be seen: A global leader who cares, who brings true justice and who is genuinely admired by the rest of humanity. Barack is doing it, and therefore so can you! Yes ... you can!

Lyrics

Will Obama win? (Will he win?) Will Obama win? (Will he win? Ah-hah)

I don't know and you don't know,
And we won't know till November.
They don't know and they won't know,
But on we go and remember...

Yes he can, he's our man,
With a plan to win the race.
Yes he can 'cos he ran
To put the GOP back in its place again.

Will Obama win? (Will he win?) Will Obama win? (Will he win? Ah-hah)

Alabama, Delaware,
Georgia, South Carolina.
Illinois - that's only fair!
And nowhere else can be finer.

Yes he can, he's our man,
With a plan to win the race.
Yes he can 'cos he ran
To put the GOP back in its place again.

Down with the GOP, sink into history!
'Cos Democrats are where it's at,
And Democrats should vote Barack -
He's our man, Yes we can!

Will Obama win? (Will he win?) Will Obama win? (Will he win? Ah-hah)

Pennsylvania Avenue is calling for Barack Obama,
Wisdom, hope and something new, and boy oh boy what a charmer!

Yes he can, he's our man,
With a plan to win the race.
Yes he can 'cos he ran
To put the GOP back in its place again.
