Story Behind The Song

I was singing in an American Airforce base in Germany and I felt the urge to write a song. The rest of the band went ice skating and I stayed behind with a guitar. I found myself running down semitones to create a pattern of notes and the first line of the tune arrived in my head. I transferred to keyboard and developed the musical pattern further around the chord of C minor.The res of the melody suggested itself very quickly, though a chorus took a little longer to create.

Song Description

It's about how wonderful the world around us is and how quickly the seasons change and time goes by. We should take every opportunity to experience all the world has to offer, including desire and deep emotion. All too soon, life has moved on.
