Song Description

A man accidentally boards a bus for Transylvania. He discovers there is something odd going on there and then he is chased and bitten by a werewolf.

Lyrics

I feel funny I don't Know what the hell is going on
My snout is runny and I'm growin' all this hair on my palm

I took a valium it's all I can do to stay calm
I ain't religious so I can't get no help from no Psalm
no help from no psalm

It all started when I got myself lost in Transylvania
Could have sworn that Greyhound bus was headed for Pennsylvania
Sweet Pennsylvania

Come to think of it the driver was looking kind of pale
With his pointed teeth, bloodshot eyes, and his long fingernails
Long fingernails

They recommended a cheap place in town
run by an old gypsy lady
Her son wore a fur in the middle of July,
I knew that something here looked shady
The lunches they served seemed a little too raw,
I started to throw up on the floor,
I grabbed my bag and went out for some air
but they cautioned me,
"Stay away from the moors!"

Stay away they say, stay away from the moors,
this garlic we eat ain't just simply folklore,
don't you stray, no, stay away, far away from the moors

Or it might be lycanthropy that is
knocking on your door, knocking on your door

Something huffed and something puffed and I fell down on my face
I see a big bad wolf and he gives me such a chase
Well you know four legs have always had some things over two
He took a big, bad bite as I screamed at the moon,
Screamed at the moon, Screamed at the moon

They recommended a cheap place in town
run by an old gypsy lady
Her son wore a fur in the middle of July,
I knew that something here looked shady
The lunches they served seemed a little too raw,
I started to throw up on the floor,
I grabbed my bag and went out for some air
but they cautioned me,
"Stay away from the moors!"

Stay away they say, stay away from the moors,
this garlic we eat ain't just simply folklore,
don't you stray, no, stay away, far away from the moors

Or it might be lycanthropy that is
banging on your door, banging on your door
