Lyrics
Edie, there's something here, I think's worth saying
We could be real, we could be playing
I think you're beautiful and there ain't a moment you ever really leave my mind
We're something real brand new, it's true, i'm thinking of you, oohh
And Edie, i've been so down, I've been hurt so many times before
Should I climb back up and try this once more
I think the world of you and there ain't nothing I wouldn't do for you
We're something real brand new, it's true, i'm thinking of you, oohh
And just when I was sure
I wouldn't play these games anymore
You came in and you touched me with your big brown eyes, oh my my
Oh Edie, these things i'm feeling, haven't felt for a long, long time
Are we begining, or at the end of the line
'cause I want you, but I don't want to feel pain swelling deep inside
What should i do, it's true
I'm thinking of you, oohh
Oh my my, oh Edie
These things i'm feeling, I haven't felt for a long, long time
Are we begining, or at the end of the line
'cause I want you, but I don't want to feel the pain swelling deep inside
What should I do, it's true, I'm thinking of you, oohh
I'm thinking of you, oohh
I think I love you, oohh
