Song Description

an instrumental featuring lead acoustic guitar and mandolin

Story Behind the Song

I was introduced to David Grisman/Tony Rice when I met Tom Murphy - 1979, a fine mandolin player. I dug the incredible energy of this blue grass/alt jazz string band and this is my first composition attempting to capture the spirit of 'Dawg' music.
