Last summer my wife and I went for a picnic to a place called Lough Key Forrest Park, in Ireland which is about 40 miles from where we live. It's a beautiful forest park which was once the home of Sir Robert King and his family. There is an island on a large lake there which is said to be a magical place and was once home to a mystical Irish race of people. Sir Robert King built a castle on this island for his wife as a summer home which could be seen from Rockingham House which was their main residence. We hired a rowing boat and for two hours I rowed my wife and I around this mystical Castle Folly which really looks enchanting from the water. I thought about the man who wanted to move both heaven and Earth to create a fantasy World for himself and his wife to live in. He even hired John Nash an English Architect with no less than Buckingham Palace on his Architectural resume to create this dream of perfect beauty. A place he and his wife could spend a perfect summer's night. To dance to an audience of swans in the misty moonlight and that's exactly what this song is about..designing your dream!
