Lyrics

The Wind He knows Me Well

The wind caresses my shoulders, becomes tangled in my hair,
and so this friendly stranger greets me, as I close the door behind,
breathing bitter air.

The wind he knows me well, speaks my name, in foreign tongue.
alas I know him, close to none.

Stepping out into the gray, bear trees, bare bush,
brown leaves, into the ground, first utterly still,
than made to dance and sing.

The wind he knows me well,
coaxes leaves to dance for me, yet his face I can not see.
I imagine him creased, gaunt, and weathered with old age,
but with the bright eyes of a boy...
for he is an ancient yet ever changing sage.

The wind he knows me well,
ever since I was a child born, till the day I am old a worn
Oh how this stranger knows me well....
but him only by...... TOUCH......I CAN TELL

I think the ethereal sound matches the vibe and message of the poem very well.

I like the instrumental parts and lyrics. It reminds me of meditation and relaxation music.

Beautiful work! Quite an atmosphere on this one.
