Classic Rock...you sure picked the right genre for this one. The song is well-written in a "classic" structure. I really liked the guitar intro and how the drums built throughout the song. Great lead guitar solo moving into the bridge. Vocal was clear and passionately delivered. You guys have a tight band and sound great. Unresolved ending was cool...well done. I hope you get a lot of gigs.

    - Kate Carpenter

The end chord rings in a rather enchanting way. The melody is catchy and the subject matter good. The arrangement is solid.

Lyrics

Sandy
Have you got the time
To show me that you love me once more
Sandy
There's something on my mind
Let me see you walk through that door
Remember all the days
And all the different ways
Remember how I carried you home
But you're not satisfied
Believe me I have tried
Sandy
Why'd you leave me alone

I love you
And no one else compares
I've never been so happy before
Till you left me crying on the stairs
My tears you hear them falling
Falling to the floor
And baby now I cry
And that's the reason why
Have you got to treat me so cruel
Collapse onto my knees
I'm begging you baby please
Sandy why'd you leave me alone

Do you remember how we smiled
We partied all the time
Remember how I carried you home
But now you've gone away
And you left me here to stay
Sandy why'd you leave me alone
All alone
Why'd you leave me
Said you leave me
Sandy don't you go
Oh woman
No don't you go away
Sandy don't you
Baby won't you
Won't you stay
Why'd you go
Now you're gone away
All alone
